Construction Specifications for Geocells
1. Slope surface treatment: Manually correct the slope surface to make it uniformly inclined, flat and stable. Remove the silt,
loose soil and loose debris on the slope surface. For areas with large local concave and convex surfaces, use slurry slices and
stone materials for patching.
2. For the anchor position of the geocell deployment and fixed drilling holes, select a set of TGLG geocells and deploy them
to the slope surface for fixed drilling holes, and then drill the holes.
3. Unfold the cells, anchor the U-shaped connecting bars, fix the cells, and spread the cells along the slope to the maximum
position. Use V-shaped steel bar anchor holes around the cells and F-shaped steel bar anchor holes in the middle. Arrange
them in a triangular pattern to firmly fix the frills on the slope.
4. Supervise, guide and inspect the civilized construction at the construction site. For any violation of civilized construction,
impose severe penalties.
5. Establish a site civilized construction team to be responsible for the management of civilized construction at the construction
site within the construction area, and formulate detailed rules for civilized construction management in light of the actual situation.
6. Establish responsibility zones for civilized construction, divide the areas, designate managers, implement a signboard system,
and ensure the site is clean and tidy.
7. Temporary facilities at the construction site, including production material yards, as well as lighting and power lines, etc., shall
be strictly arranged, erected or buried in accordance with the construction plan determined by the construction organization
design, and be neatly arranged.
